Session 07: Our Greater Purpose

In the last session we focused on the sixth energy center, also known as the third eye. To see the bigger picture, and create a mental rehearsal for the future.

In this class, we will focus on seventh energy center, also known as the crown chakra, where we will connect to our greater purpose. 

Home to our thoughts, memory, awareness, perception, and consciousness, this energy center is where we move past the daily drama of our personal lives, and transcend our stories. Going beyond good, and bad,  and what we think is right or wrong.

This is where we lift the veil of illusion, and enter into a greater awareness of ourselves and our connection to the divine energy of life. This center can close when we become imbalanced from too much stress or unresolved trauma. We might suffer from headaches, migraines, light sensitivity, chronic fatigue or even depression and feel a lack of empathy for others and ourselves.

And we might have trouble manifesting what we really want because we don’t trust ourselves or  life, and too attached to old patterns, beliefs  and stories.

In the following meditation we will experience the awareness and oneness of the 7th energy center Connecting into the unified field to see the light within us all, and understand our higher purpose. And know the magnificence of who we really are.
