Session 04: The Creative Heart

In the last session, we focused on transforming our shadow, in this session we will explore - the creative intelligence of our heart.

We embody this transformation by focusing our awareness on the fourth energy center, also known as the heart chakra. Located in the middle of our chest -  above our belly and below our throat. Beyond the organ of our heart, this whole area of the heart center can be felt in our our lungs, arms and back. And it is a bridge between the first 3 primal chakras, and the upper chakras of conscious awareness. 

And while the third chakra is our gut brain, connected to our gut instincts, the fourth chakra is our intuitive wisdom - and the light of this center can help us heal the energy patterns of first three chakras.

Because the heart center generates the energy of love, compassion, joy and forgiveness. It is a creative force the illuminates the body and frees the soul.

The color is green, and the energy is growth. It is connected to the creative passion of life; it brings us back to who we are, to what we love, what we are grateful for and what brings us joy.  And it says “I LOVE”.
